B&B Photography … Published!!
Posted on June 8, 2011
I have been working on many different things in addition to all the sessions these past few months. I had commercial assignments for two Military and Police working dog companies, Ray Allen MFG in Colorado, and Signature K9. I did their new product photos for their newest catalog and designed a print ready catalog for Signature K9. I also just made a book titled Babies of Roanoke for Dr Eric Swisher’s waiting area of Physicians to Women. The book is 31 pages and features babies I have photographed from the area. Months ago I had printed a slew of Babies of Roanoke Calendars but neglected to ever put them up for sale! Last year I donated several to a Childrens Miracle Network fundraiser. If anyone knows of any fundraisers where I can donate a few let me know! I will have pictures of all my recent projects really soon. Until then, here is the cover and back cover of the new book that will be arriving! I can’t wait!! Its always fun to see your work published and in front of you instead of on the computer!

Roanoke Twins… Identical Girls
Posted on June 7, 2011
Do you know how to tell identical newborn twin girls apart?? Their toes!! These little ladies had their toes painted, pink for one and purple for the other. Way to adorable!!!!!! The babies were fantastic. I was SO happy that mom and dad had me come with in the first 2 weeks of being born because it made it so easy! They slept and slept and slept. It was their first time being next to each other skin to skin since being born and they seemed to like it. One newborn is always cute, man… you put two of them next to each other and the cuteness level skyrockets!! One of the babies woke up briefly at the end, but that was about it! I was happy to get some awake pictures. When you can get eye contact with newborns the pictures can be striking. Alright.. here they are!! Enjoy!

Sisters.
Posted on May 25, 2011
This is 4 yr old Emma holding her brand new sister. Mom was standing by close to make sure Emma was careful about holding baby safely. Little Emma curled up around baby sister and gave a look that I have seen before. The look of a proud big sister as she peers down at her newborn sister. And I was there to catch it on the camera. These girls are going to have a fantastic time growing up together. The giggles, sleep overs at grandma’s, the awe of big sister loosing her first tooth, comforting each other… So many things to look forward to.

Daddy Plays Bass
Posted on May 24, 2011
Meet Baby Violet, a beautiful little girl born on Easter. Her daddy plays in a local Bluegrass band, Blue Moonshine. How could we not put baby on Daddy’s upright Bass?!? Don’t worry.. Dad was right next to her holding her, with a little Photoshop you would never know.
